The Old Chatham Cluster of North Reston is a small community of 36 Single Family Homes on a charming street named Lamplighter Way. It was built in the early 1990’s with a quaint ‘New England’ architectural style. The neighborhood is located very near North Point Village Center for shopping and Baron Cameron Park for leisure. It also enjoys the proximity to Reston Town Center which means you’ll never have to leave Reston if you don't want to. If you do want to leave Reston, there are countless nearby amenities including Tyson’s Corner, Wolf Trap, and DC just a short metro-ride away.
Reston Town Center is one of the main attractions of this community. It’s home to trendy shops, great restaurants, and a fair amount of office space. The Reston Farmers Market which is open every Saturday from May through November is a short walk or bike ride away in the Lake Anne Village Center.
