Join Community Charity Champions Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 5 to 8pm at Pulcinella Italian Host in McLean to support Kent Gardens PTA. Enjoy dinner and know that approximately 70% of the proceeds from food and drink will go to the PTA as long as the diner brings the flyer for the event. Kent Gardens PTA is collectively made up of the moms, dads, grandparents, teachers, aunts, and uncles who have chosen to support this parent/teacher association through dues and volunteer time. The Kent Gardens PTA is proud to serve our community and educators, in whose care we place our greatest and priceless assets of all, our children.
“Kent Gardens PTA is honored to be chosen as a beneficiary of HBC Realty Group’s Community Charity Champions. All funds raised by the Kent Gardens PTA will be used to help underwrite and support programming that takes place at the school. Kent Gardens is a FCPS school in Mclean, VA that hosts a French Immersion program and also supports a STEM curriculum (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). We are looking forward to putting the money raised from this event right back into the school so that students will directly benefit from additional programming that the school can offer. I’m encouraging all of our families to come out and enjoy some great Italian food in support of our school” said Rachel Simon, PTA President.

The Kent Gardens PTA is a bridge between our elementary schools and our families. Its mission is to help our children by helping our schools in a myriad of ways, from funding playgrounds and technology to working with staff and administration on curriculum issues and other aspects of student life.
About HBC Community Charity Champions
The Huckaby Briscoe Conroy Realty Group of Keller Williams Realty launched Community Charity Champions in 2012 as a venue to fundraise for local nonprofits. As good corporate citizens, Karen Briscoe and Lizzy Conroy were searching for a means to support charities in the community. The event is held on Tuesday evenings at Pulcinella Italian Host in McLean where a portion of the diner(s) is contributed to the charity of the month. Karen Briscoe and Lizzy Conroy were honored with the Corporate Social Responsibility award in 2012 by the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce for the work HBC Community Charity Champions has done and continues to do for nonprofits in the area.
