Langley Oaks is a neighborhood located off of Georgetown Pike near Langley High School.

The Potomac River and approximately 150 acres of mature wooded parkland that belongs to Fairfax County is adjacent on the northern edges of the neighborhood. There is easy access to hiking trails along the Potomac River.

Residents appreciate how convenient the location is being situated inside the I-495 Beltway and just a couple of lights from DC. It is equal distant to the Dulles International Airport and Washington Reagan located off of George Washington Parkway.

The majority of the 310 single-family homes are sited on half-acre lots. The homes in the front half of the neighborhood near Georgetown Pike were built in the mid-1970s. The homes located in the back part of the community were mostly built by Centex Homes a decade later in the mid-1980s. The back streets are famously recognized by all being female names. Friendly residents from all over the world love the peaceful and quiet neighborhood and appreciate the great sense of community.

Neighbors enjoy participating in and watching the annual 4th of July parade held in the community. Another parade of costumes is held to celebrate Halloween in October. One of the benefits to living in Langley Oaks is the proximity and easy access to renowned Langley High School. Langley Oaks has an active Home Owner’s Association which oversees the maintenance of the community property and events.
