Where we Live: Fountains at McLean

The tranquil sound of running water is what you will hear throughout the Fountains of McLean. These fountains are located in the central courtyard, and allow the residents a peaceful place to unwind from the day. Positioned just outside of Tysons Corner (Fairfax County) at the intersection of I-495 and Chain Bridge Rd, (rt. 123) this condominium community lands in a convenient spot for all. With a Harris Teeter, and now that Fall is approaching, a Starbucks is located right around the corner for all those pumpkin spice latte lovers. Converted in 2004 from apartments to condos by Crescent Heights, this 502 unit complex also has a clubhouse, exercise room and a pool.

Tysons Corner Mall is one of the many attractions which is only a short metro ride away. If you are new to the area, Tysons has something to offer for everyone. From mouth-watering restaurants and bars, to family activities such as escape and virtual reality rooms. This area is only growing, and no matter your age or interests, there will always be some sort of excitement going on in the Tysons area.

Northern Virginia is notorious for having 4 strong seasons, from a popsicle melting summer, to a bone chilling winter. These seasonal changes come with many perks, such as organic farmers markets when it is warm outside, to rooftop ice skating rinks in the cooler months. All of which can be found within Tysons Corner. Just minutes away are many hiking trails with beautiful views, such as Scott’s Run Nature Reserve, and if you would like to play a round of golf, Westwood Country Club offers many affordable packages for incoming members.

Residents of this community have a choice of 2 building styles, mid-rise and garden. Both have parking access on site. Schools are Spring Hill elementary, Longfellow Middle School, and McLean High School, all of which are nationally ranked public schools.

In 2018, over 40 homes were listed and sold in the Fountains at McLean, many of which sold in less than 10 days. This is indicative of an active Real Estate market in the community!

1541 Lincoln Way, Unit 204 is a well-maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with hardwood floors and access to two balconies. It has a spacious Master Bedroom with two walk-in closets with built-in shelving.

The team of agents at HBC Group at Keller Williams would be delighted to assist with your real estate needs, whether selling or buying a home.
