This neighborhood of single family homes can be found in North Reston on a beautiful wooded winding road. Most of the homes on N Village are contemporary ‘deck’ homes built by Wrenn in the late 1980’s to early 1990’s. This section of North Village Rd wraps around Lake Newport and intersects with Center Harbor Rd and Baron Cameron Ave. It also enjoys the proximity to Reston Town Center and Lake Anne Village with shops and restaurants.
Reston Town Center is one of the main attractions of this community. It’s home to trendy shops, great restaurants, and a fair amount of office space. The Center is focused around Fountain Square, which operates as an event space for outdoor concerts in the summer and an Ice Rink in the winter. In 2020, Roughly 19 homes sold around Lake Newport. They range in price from $715,000 to $1,500,000 single family detached homes. Average Days on market was about 8 Days with only one major outlier that was on the market for 48 days. Almost all homes sold for list price or above.

Jenny also sold the 2nd highest home at 11577 Greenwich Point Rd, which is a Lake Newport waterfront home. It sold for $1,365,000.
