Oakton Manor Ct, is a quiet neighborhood located right off of Chain Bridge and Hunter Mill Rd that contains 40 brick Garage Townhomes built in the mid 1970’s.  Several of the models have main level master bedrooms, making it a very appealing community for individuals who are downsizing from larger homes in neighboring Oakton and Vienna.

It’s location is very convenient, adjacent to Oakton shopping center with all the necessary needs. A few of the favorites include, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, CVS, Starbucks, and Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Que. There is also a Sunoco Gas Station, Giant Food, UPS store, and a Virginia ABC. Even if you want to change it up, a block away, is another main shopping center with Chipotle Mexican Grill and Santini’s New York Style Deli. Needing any fresh produce? The Oakton Farmers Market is off of Hunter Mill Rd, which is just an 11 min stroll down the street!

In the past year, only 4 properties out of 40 homes, sold in this neighborhood. The lowest sale was back in October of 2020 and sold for $582,000 as it only had 2 levels and 3 bedrooms. The highest sale was HBC Groups purchase that sold for $652,500 in 2021. Jenny McClintock brought the buyer to this 3 level, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom and so far no properties are currently on the market in this neighborhood.
