Peacock Station is a beautiful McLean neighborhood outside the beltway comprised of about 45 homes surrounded by 2 creeks; Sharpers Run and Rocky Run. The neighborhood mostly features expansive homes that are high value. Peacock Station has the feel of the country as no lot is under 1.6 acres while still being close to Tysons Corner, the downtown of Northern Virginia

The neighborhood is located off of Old Dominion Dr and is tucked away so no cars every pass through. Most homes have sport courts and pools as they create their own paradise outside of McLean. The neighborhood is very peaceful and charming for those that want to get away from the hectic lifestyle of Northern Virginia.

In 2020, HBC Group listed a property located on 1008 Galium Ct, McLean, VA 22102. The home featured a large backyard that was situated on 1.84 acres and included an outdoor swimming pool, Screened Porch, Patio, Sport Court, and batting cage. It was only on the market for 5 days and sold for $1,575,000.

In the past 6 months, 5 homes have sold in the neighborhood. All had pools and closed between $1.5 million and $2 million.
