The Dogwoods At Langley is a community of 69 homes that were generally built between 1969 - 1974 with a couple of homes built in the early 2000’s.  Located off of Chain Bridge Road just minutes from Arlington, Washington DC, and McLean, it offers easy access to George Washington Memorial Pkwy.

This community is in the Fairfax County Public School pyramid that currently attends Franklin Sherman Elementary, Longfellow Middle, and McLean High School. This Dogwoods has an active Association which includes amenities such as private Tennis Courts and handles the Common Area Maintenance, Insurance and Snow Removal for the community.  There is pathway access from the Dogwoods to Fort Marcy via the Potomac Heritage Trail. The Potomac Heritage Trail connects to the south along the Potomac River to Windy Run Park in Arlington and to the north to Turkey Run park. Whether you are looking to go downtown to Washington DC, Dine in Georgetown, stroll in Arlington,  or shop at Tysons Galleria, this community is centrally located between all of these cities.

In 2020, only 2 homes will be sold in this community. HBC Group sold the highest listing in the community in 2020, 1311 Merrie Ridge Rd, priced at $1,290,000 and sold over list price. Currently there is a four level colonial built in 2000 under contract listed at $1,629,900 with 6 bedrooms, 5 .5 baths.
