Elm St SW is an elegant street only a few blocks long in the West Vienna Woods section of Vienna.  It offers an abundance of options for homeowners as it is located only two blocks from Downtown Vienna and 1 block to Vienna Elementary School.. The Town of Vienna emanates a tasteful blend of a sophisticated city and quaint town.

The school district for residents in West Vienna Woods is Fairfax County and 106 Elms St feeds into Vienna Elementary, Thoreau Middle, and Madison High School. Vienna’s location is prime for families and commuters alike, with its own ‘Main Street’ on Maple Avenue and proximity  to I-66, 495 and Tysons Corner, which is a 3 mile drive from Elm St SW. Tysons is the area’s premier destination for Fairfax County residents to do their shopping and dining.

A beloved spot in Vienna is downtown, where you can step back in time to the stores along Church St that date back to the 1850s. Downtown is full of cozy cafes and unique restaurants. Caboose Brewing Company is a favorite, their house brew is a beer made from local ingredients and live music plays on many weekends. Outdoor activities in Vienna include the Washington and Old Dominion Trail, which is a few short blocks from Elm St. What was once a 44-mile railroad line, has been transformed into a paved pathway for runners, bicyclist, and outdoor enthusiasts. For lovers of the arts, there is Wolftrap, with productions and concerts by esteemed performers.  A variety of parks include the exquisite Meadowlark Botanical Gardens, Westwood Country Club, and Symphony Hills Park.

West Vienna Woods makes up 371 homes and range from original styles to new builds. This entire neighborhood is made up of roughly .24 acres per lot. This allows enough space to continue to grow and rebuild the neighborhood. With many of the lots being flat this is an ideal place to remodel and renovate the neighborhood. 106 Elm St SW, a new listing by HBC Group, was built-in 2018 and sold for $1,740,000.
