When left with the responsibility of selling my parents estate in Great Falls after their passing, I was at a loss as to how to proceed. I began a search for a realtor on my own, only to feel I was being taken advantage of and poorly advised. Thankfully before I signed anything, my lawyer and friend recommended Lizzy. I was so pleased with her professionalism and at the same time compassion for my emotional situation. Jenny McClintock and Sue Bender, and the HBC Group - KW Team, were fabulous to work with! The ultimate professionals who got the job done quickly and efficiently, but were fun to work with too. They are a combination of therapist, operations, marketing and problem solvers. They hand out advice on how to quickly sell your home and get the best price you can (listen to them! They have great advice about staging and it works!) and provide comfort when you are sad and stressed about the entire process. They don’t make enough money for everything they do and I could NEVER do this without their help. Although I have left the NOVA area, I highly recommend them!

Second, they helped with extremely difficult tenants that basically trashed the place, and that would only allow limited access. The team priced the house reasonably for a time on the cusp of a turning market from sellers to buyers as interest rates began increasing.
