Join us September 13 to support The Children’s Science Center with HBC Group’s (Keller Williams Realty) Community Charity Champions. Come to 
dinner on from 5 to 8pm at Pulcinella Italian Host in McLean and know that approximately 70% of the proceeds from food and drink will go directly to CSC, as long as the diner brings the flyer for the event. Click here to view and print the flyer.
The Children’s Science Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to creating a world-class, interactive children’s museum in Northern Virginia. Their mission is to instill a love of learning science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) in all children by providing unique opportunities to explore, create, and be inspired.
“The Children’s Science Center is honored to be selected as a beneficiary of HBC Group’s Community Charity Champions fundraising event,” said Nene Spivy, Executive Director. “We thank HBC Group for being a true community champion in helping us raise funds, friends, and awareness about our work to inspire all children to love learning in science, technology, engineering and math. These funds are critical to sustain our community outreach programs across the region and our daily programs at the Children’s Science Center Lab.”

About Children’s Science Center The Children’s Science Center’s mission is to instill a love of learning science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) in all children by providing unique opportunities to explore, create and be inspired. The Children’s Science Center Lab is located at Fair Oaks Mall and is Northern Virginia’s first interactive museum where children, families and school groups can explore STEM concepts through fun, engaging hands-on exhibits, activities and programs. In addition to the Lab and community programs, the Center is working to fulfill the vision of a full-scale, world-class children’s science museum to be located in Dulles, VA. About HBC Community Charity Champions The HBC Group of Keller Williams Realty launched Community Charity Champions in 2012 as a venue to fundraise for local nonprofits. As good corporate citizens, Karen Briscoe and Lizzy Conroy were searching for a means to support charities in the community. The event is held on Tuesday evenings at Pulcinella Italian Host in McLean where a portion of the diner(s) is contributed to the charity of the month. Karen Briscoe and Lizzy Conroy were honored with the Corporate Social Responsibility award in 2012 by the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce for the work HBC’s Community Charity Champions has done and continues to do for nonprofits in the area.
