Elena Karakozoff

Elena Karakozoff grew up in McLean, Virginia and has also lived in Loudoun County and Prince William County throughout her adult years. She comes from backgrounds in engineering, business, and management, bringing expert problem solving and communication skills to bear when working with her real estate clients.

Elena attended Virginia Tech, earning a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. She then entered the Real Estate world through investing in properties and managing her own short term rental business starting at age 26, and has not looked back. The analytical skills she has gained from her degree and from investing in properties around Northern Virginia give her a unique insight into how to find the best deal, negotiate for her client, and establish seamless processes in buying and selling homes.

Elena has been integrated in the McLean community since an early age, having attended Franklin Sherman Elementary, Longfellow Middle School, and McLean High School. While living in McLean, Elena was actively involved in her church, McLean Bible, and was captain of McLean High School's basketball and volleyball teams while also coaching youth basketball, volleyball, and swim teams. She has also managed multiple farmers markets and worked in the local health and wellness industry to better serve her community in the DMV. She has enjoyed watching McLean and Tysons grow from what used to be farmland, into an economic powerhouse. There is no corner of McLean that Elena does not know.

Elena Karakozoff currently lives in Northern Virginia with her spouse, Franklin. Elena and Franklin work together as an agent team and are able to provide their clients with expert services in buying, selling, contracting, and investing.
