Franklin Morales was born in El Salvador and migrated with his family to America at the early age of five. Franklin’s family planted their roots in Northern Virginia, where he spent his childhood and adolescent years in the Prince William County school system and community. He started investing in real estate at only 19, while also working for a family-owned home improvement business for income. Throughout his years as a real estate investor, landlord, and home improvement expert, Franklin has cultivated a wide scope of real estate skills that are paramount in helping his clients navigate every step of the home buying and selling process.
Franklin Morales entered the Real Estate world in order to pursue what only at the time was a dream to be the first in his family to own real estate and help his family and others also achieve the dream of owning a home one day. As a real estate agent, Franklin is often inspired by the speech “Man in the arena” by Theordore Roosevelt. Franklin considers himself the man in the arena, understanding that buying or selling a home can be a daunting task, but with his experience and passion for helping others, he works tirelessly to ensure his client’s needs are met and their goals are achieved. He is not afraid to step into the arena and negotiate on behalf of his clients, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure they get the best possible outcome, no matter the challenge.
Franklin currently lives in Northern Virginia with his spouse, Elena. Franklin and Elena work together as an agent team and are able to provide their clients with expert services in buying, selling, contracting and investing.
