Pam Micciche joined the HBC Group with a background and first career in brokering business partnerships, managing and negotiating multi-year, multi-million-dollar agreements for companies including AOL and National Geographic. And while the agreements she helps broker now are far more personal, the process is the same: establishing trusted relationships, negotiating toward a meeting of the minds, and always keeping clients’ best interests and budget front and center.
She approaches every transaction with her unflagging belief in every individual’s right to own property and the conviction that the path to property ownership is a critical step toward building wealth and independence. She knows that buying or selling a home can be highly emotional, and she brings her professionalism and objective viewpoint to every transaction, backed by her expertise gained from years of following market cycles, legal and financial trends, interest rates, and the myriad other details that make real estate an always-compelling story.
A native Washingtonian, Pam is a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, growing up in McLean with especially strong ties to Great Falls and Arlington. Since 2004, she and her husband have lived in Falls Church City with their two children. Through her involvement with PTAs, youth sports, and school fundraisers from preK at Mt. Olivet through to middle school, Pam has made volunteerism a hallmark of living in and giving back to her community. She earned a BA in political science and urban studies from St. Olaf College in Minnesota.
